What we own

The business is plain: we own earthmoving machinery and rent it out. We buy machines for what they earn and for what they remain worth, both weighed before purchase. Every unit is inspected before money moves, insured from the day it lands, and carried on the company's books under its own ledger.
The machine is the security behind every promise the company makes. That is deliberate: promises should stand on iron, not optimism.

Our machines work inside established construction operations: crews, fuel, maintenance and site discipline that already exist. We choose operating partners the way we choose machines, carefully and on evidence, and we keep those relationships few and serious.
